Welcome to the official site of CNY Karate and Kobudo Schools!

Founded in 1963, we are the oldest karate school in the Central New York area. We train in traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate and Kobudo. We are proud to pass down the teachings of the Okinawan Masters so Americans can experience and benefit from true martial arts.

Whether you are interested in learning self defense, getting in shape or developing positive character traits like self discipline, self motivation or persistence, CNY Karate is a fun place that can help you achieve your goals!
